Headshot Workshop: The Essentials, Part 2

What to Wear to Your Headshot Session?

Join me for Part 2 of The Headshot Workshop Essentials series!

If you missed Part 1, don't sweat it! You are still welcome to join us for this next awesome class, where we will be discussing what to wear to book the job, whether it be for headshots or agent/casting director interviews!

The number one question I am always asked is, "What should I wear in my headshots?" Knowing your branding and knowing what casting directors are looking for is essential to creating a headshot that will get you auditions!

In this class, we'll cover:

Knowing your brand      • Meeting castings' needs      • How to dress for your brand

Headshot Workshop: The Essentials, Part 2

Know Your Brand and Feel Confident in How to Express It!

Just like in our last course, whether you're a seasoned pro or brand new to headshots, this short course is designed to walk you through how to best prepare for your next session, and how to feel the most comfortable and confident in front of the lens, with your wardrobe!

Basically, everything I WISH I could tell actors about wardrobe before they step into their headshot sessions!

This workshop will cover the following:

  • Discover what your 'brand' is, and why it is so important in creating eye catching images.
  • Learn to bring your 'brand' into the room with your wardrobe.
  • What casting directors are looking for in your wardrobe, both in headshots and in the casting room.
  • How to dress to get the job in both your headshot and in interviews/auditions.

What to expect:

Just like in our last class, there will be plenty of Prosecco, and because it's Cinco de Mayo, we'll definitely be enjoying some chips and guacamole (we're so fancy), and the pursuit of great headshots!

Along with a special branding guest lecturer, and audition coach, Alberto Bonilla, we'll tell you everything you need to know to dress for success, and dress for your brand, whether it be for new headshots, or for an agent interview or audition.

If possible, we'll ask you to come to the class dressed how you might walk in to an audition. Please don't sweat it though! We understand you may need to come straight from the gym, or soul cycle, or straight from a crazy rehearsal, we get it! The idea is that off the bat, we get a pretty good idea on how you might brand yourself right now, and how we might help you to improve your branding through your wardrobe, and going forward, how you might be able to better equip yourself for your next headshot session and/or interviews and auditions!

Expect this short course to be fun, entertaining, and one of the most informative classes about headshots and the acting industry in general, that you may ever take!
